Business Intelligence
There are a lot of tasks in the field of business intelligence, whether in integration, modeling, automation, data quality, business analysis or data science. Scalefree seeks and trains specialists in all of those areas.

At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of data warehousing and business intelligence.
Consultant
2-5 years of professional experience in the areas of data warehousing and business intelligence.
Graduate
1st job after your bachelor or master degree or 1-2 years of professional experience in the areas of data warehousing and business intelligence.
3-Months Internship
Graduates also have the opportunity to close previous knowledge and skill gaps through a 3-month full-time internship with the possibility to start as a consultant afterwards.
Student Employee
Students that have finished the first three semesters of their bachelor degree or master students in the field of informatics, business informatics or similar.
Mandatory Internships
Students who have a mandatory internship planned in their curriculum (can also be combined with a thesis).
Academy
Students gain within 6 months a variety of knowledge, skills, and certifications that will prepare them for a potential consulting career.
CRM Solutions
As a Scalefree Consultant for CRM solutions, you will mostly find yourself in a hybrid role.
On the one hand, you will consult the customer on how a CRM system can be used for the customers specific use case, and on the other hand, you can implement this solution from the technical perspective.
Another important part is integrating the system with other available (cloud) systems of the client. At Scalefree we focus on the CRM system Salesforce.
