The conference is a one-day event with a single presentation track. This means you won’t have to choose between parallel sessions and can focus entirely on the speakers and topics at hand. The schedule is designed to be engaging and informative, with ample time for breaks and networking.

Logistics & On-Site Information
Is the conference in English?
Yes, the entire conference, including all presentations, will be conducted in English.
How do I get to the Novotel Hannover?
The easiest way to reach the hotel from the main station is by taking the U13 tram line Fasanenkrug to the Lister Platz station, which is a short walk from the hotel. The tram runs every 10 minutes. If you are coming from the airport, take the S5 train to Hannover Main Station and then transfer to the tram.
Is there a specific dress code for the event?
No, there is no specific dress code. We recommend comfortable business casual attire to ensure you feel at ease throughout the day. But please keep in mind that pictures will be taken during the event.
Will there be a cloakroom or secure place for my luggage?
Yes, we provide a locked room where you can store your suitcases.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available for all participants at the event. You just need to accept the terms and conditions for NOVOTEL Wi-Fi, and you can start surfing straight away.
Is there a program for the evening before the conference?
We have reserved a table at a restaurant nearby for anyone arriving the evening before. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded people in a foreign city and get together in a networking atmosphere. However, the evening is not paid for by us and is voluntary.
Are there any recommendations for things to do in Hannover after the conference?
We offer an evening program after the conference, where you can get to know a part of Hanover. We offer a wine tasting and a guided tour of the Christmas market as options for the evening program.
