Training Materials
When will I receive my training materials?
Online training: Depending on your location, the materials will be sent out one week prior to the training. If you are living outside Europe, we will make sure to send the package earlier. So it will arrive on time.
On-site training: Materials will be distributed during the training.
What is included in the training materials?
You will receive a handout for the Boot Camp training, the Book “Building a scalable Data Warehouse with Data Vault 2.0” by Dan Linstedt and Michael Olschimke and some helpful things like a pen, a notebook and sticky notes.
Where do the training materials are going to be sent to?
While filling out all the information about the ticket holder for an online training, please make sure to put an address where you want the materials to be delivered to. It can be your home address, your office address or any other address where you will do the training. Please note that it is your responsibility to look after the package after we send it. You will receive update emails from UPS directly.
What should I do, when I can not find my package?
You will receive update emails from UPS directly, about your package’s whereabouts. Please make sure to check where the package was delivered to and independently look after it. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new package, if it has been securely delivered to the address mentioned in the ticket holder information.

When will I receive the link for the online training?
One week before the training, you will receive an email with the Zoom invitation link.
Where do I find the workshop sheets?
Online training: The workshop sheets are attached to the “last information” email you should have received a week before the training.
On-site training: The workshop sheets can be found in your material package, which will be handed over during the training.
