What is the minimum contract duration?
The minimum contract duration is 12 months.
What's included in the testing package? And will I have access to it after my subscription period expires?
The testing package is a privately distributed dbt package, which executes a collection of data vault health checks against your datavault4dbt implementation. Yes, you can still use the testing templates; however, you will lose access to any updates after your subscription period ends.
What does the workshop look like?
Our Data Vault and dbt expert conducts a 4 hour session with your team. Available questions or focus topics need to be sent to Scalefree at least one week in advance of the workshop. The workshop is conducted via video call. On-site is available at an extra charge depending on the location.
How do I add or reduce the number of users in my subscriptions?
You can add users anytime to your subscription by sending the names, email addresses, and the start date to us at [email protected]. Please note that the activation of a user can take up to 2 working days. Every user is billed for the full month of activation. You can delete users anytime by sending the names, email addresses, and end date. Please note that the deactivation of a user can only be scheduled for the end of a month.
Are there any restrictions on what I can ask the premium support team?
